We developed a custom evaluation system to bring structure, visibility, and accountability to assignment-based learning inside LearnDash. This plugin was designed for organizations that need more than simple assignment uploads—it enables a full evaluation workflow that connects students, evaluators, and administrators in a seamless process.

At its core, the system transforms how assignments are reviewed. Instead of manual handoffs, scattered emails, or unclear statuses, every step is tracked and managed within WordPress. When a student submits an assignment, it is automatically routed for evaluation, assigned to the appropriate reviewer, and tracked through each stage until a final decision is made. Administrators maintain full control over approvals, while evaluators complete structured reviews through integrated forms powered by JotForm.
