Quantum Leap Consulting isn’t your typical tech firm.

We’re a small but mighty team of Salesforce experts, creative problem-solvers, and systems thinkers who thrive on helping purpose-driven organizations and visionary entrepreneurs build strong, scalable systems. Whether we’re working with a nonprofit changing lives or a small business rewriting the rules, we bring strategy, clarity, and heart to every engagement.

This isn’t just about technology—it’s about building something that matters.

Our goal

To be more than a consulting firm—we aim to be a trusted partner. Our goal is to demystify technology, co-create smart systems, and leave every client better equipped to thrive long after the project ends.

Our vision

To create a future where mission-driven organizations and bold entrepreneurs are empowered by systems that work with them—not against them. We envision a world where our clients spend less time managing tools and more time making impact, growing revenue, and building communities.

How We Work

Every engagement starts with listening. We take the time to understand your vision, your team, and the unique challenges you're facing. From there, we tailor our approach—whether it's a brand-new Salesforce implementation, a custom platform, or ongoing system support. Clear communication, shared goals, and radical transparency guide everything we do

Who We Serve

We work with nonprofits, small businesses, and bold visionaries. Most of our clients are passionate, hands-on leaders who want to build systems that truly support their work. Whether you’re leading a foundation, building a course-based business, or launching a custom product, we help you bring order to the chaos and clarity to your next move.

Why It Matters

Because tech should serve people—not the other way around. We’re here to simplify the complex, to build tools that feel intuitive, and to empower teams with systems they can own, manage, and scale. We care deeply about our clients’ missions, and we treat every project like it has the potential to change lives—because it usually does.

Meet the Founder
& Lead Consultant

Tash Billie

Tash is the visionary behind Quantum Leap Consulting, blending years of Salesforce expertise with a deep passion for helping organizations run smarter and more purposefully. After building a successful consulting business alongside her husband, Tash took the lead to focus on what drives her most—working with nonprofits, community builders, and entrepreneurs who are making a difference.

With a background in accounting, a love for systems thinking, and a no-fluff approach to strategy, she brings clarity to complex problems and turns big-picture goals into practical, scalable solutions. She’s Salesforce-certified, community-connected, and always thinking a few steps ahead.

But what really sets Tash apart is her heart. Whether she’s helping a nonprofit tell a better data story, or guiding a small business through their first Salesforce implementation, she shows up with intention, integrity, and the kind of care that makes her clients feel truly supported.

When she’s not building platforms or solving data puzzles, you’ll likely find her mentoring youth through her nonprofit
Meant2BFree, digging into her garden, or dreaming up her next community-centered initiative.

We are Hiring!

Quantum Leap Consulting is growing, and we are looking for a hands-on Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our team. We work with nonprofit and mission-driven organizations that are doing meaningful work in their communities but often need stronger systems, cleaner data, better processes, and technology that can keep up with their vision. Our work goes beyond simple Salesforce administration.

We help organizations build systems that support everything from program management and case tracking to fundraising, grants, community engagement, reporting, and long-term growth. We are looking for someone who enjoys solving complex problems and can move comfortably between strategy and execution. This is a role for a technical builder: someone who can think through the best way to structure a solution, then get into Salesforce and make it happen.
